- checking payments of received and issued invoices including issuing reminders
- closing of books (including closing of books for special purposes) and preparing financial statements
- preparation of summaries for Social Security and the Health Insurance companies
- preparation of the internal rules for the tax records (single entry booking)
- representation in dealings with state offices (Financial Office, Social Security Office, Health insurance companies)
