Liquidation services

During the liquidation process we co-operate with company management, the appointed liquidator and other groups involved in liquidation and arrange the following activities and prepare the following documents:

  • inform the trade license office, the Financial Office, the Social Security and health insurance companies about the commencement of the liquidation
  • special closing of books on the day preceding the beginning of the liquidation
  • preparation of the corporate income tax return till the end of the following month
  • preparation of the opening balance of the liquidated company
  • summary the assets as of the date of the beginning of the liquidation
  • sending of summary of assets to all shareholders and creditors
  • closing of books as of the last day of the accounting period (if applicable)
  • sending of the appeal to the Financial Office concerning the termination of business activities (trade licenses)
  • sending of the appeal to the Financial Office concerning approval with deleting of the company from the Commercial Register
  • closing of books as of the day of the preparation of the Liquidator’s report
  • preparation of documents for payment of net proceeds and withholding tax
  • preparation of the announcement for the Financial Office concerning withholding tax
  • dealing with the archive concerning storing of accounting documents
  • preparation of appeal for cancellation of trade licenses
  • closing of books as of the end of the liquidation process
  • preparation of the list of documents for the archive
