Bookkeeping

We will maintain all your books in accordance with Czech law (Act N. 563/1991 Coll., notice N. 500/2002 Coll. and the Czech accounting standards).

Maintaining of the books means:

• issuing of the accounting documents
• checking of the accounting documents and their processing
• keeping of all books and registers in accordance to the valid law
• maintaining of the register of assets and stocks
• preparation of the financial statements in required periods
• checking of payments of received and issued invoices including issuing reminders
• closing of books (including closing of books for special purposes)
• preparation of VAT returns
• representation in dealings with offices (the Financial Office, the Social Security Office, Health insurance companies)

We will manage your tax records (formerly single entry booking), to set your income tax base in accordance with income tax code (§ 7 Act N. 586/1992)

Managing of the income tax records means:

• keeping of the tax records(single entry booking) and all books and registers in accordance with the valid law
• checking of payments of received and issued invoices including issuing reminders
• closing of books (including closing of books for special purposes)
• preparation of summaries for the Social Security and the Health Insurance companies
• preparation of the internal rules for the tax records (single entry booking)
• representation in dealings with offices (the Financial Office, the Social Security Office, Health insurance companies)
